Syria Reactivates Tartus-Damascus Railway Route

The Syrian Minister of Transport, Ali Hammoud, has just announced the launch of the first train trip from Tartous to Damascus after a nine-year break tomorrow.

The first trip will carry a shipment of a thousand tons of wheat.
